Agreement on intended outcomes/results, and assess and adjust the organization’s. Instead of the CEO, the management team are the main actors.

There are two types of business plans you may need. One is a proof of purpose and projection plan. The other is an integrated action plan that supports the Vision and Strategic Plan.
For this example, we will focus on the second type. Now it’s time to document what you’re going to do and how you are going to do it.
At this point you split your focus between customer and company.
